Sakae founded Wada Capital Management in 2007 and has managed the investment portfolio since inception. Prior to founding the firm, he served as Research Manager at Barclays Global Investors (now BlackRock) in San Francisco. He holds an M.A. in Economics from Boston University, an M.S. in Computational Finance from OHSU, and a B.A. in Social Sciences from Waseda University.
Althea joined the firm in 2021 and oversees financial operations for the General Partner. She concurrently serves as a finance executive at CSAA Insurance Group. She holds an M.A. in Economics from Boston University and a B.A. in Economics from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.
Iris joined Wada Capital Management in 2026 and manages trade execution, daily fund operations, and internal NAV calculations. She previously served as Senior Reconciliation Analyst at Citco. She holds a B.S. in Accounting Technology from the University of Perpetual Help System DALTA.
